Norakon Systems is the software and AI engineering division of Norakon. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal.
Enquiries
When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, optional company and message you provide. We use this only to respond to and scope your enquiry. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our inbox; we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Advertising storage stays disabled, IP addresses are anonymised, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete the enquiry data you have sent us at any time. Email contact@norakon.com and we will action it.
